EU DELIVERY INFORMATION

·       All orders are sent from Portugal via Correios de Portugal

·       All shipments are fully tracked

·       You can track your order through Correios de Portugal website with the tracking code provided and link provided on your shipping confirmation email.

·       Buyers are responsible to monitor the shipment and delivery of the order and to contact logistics partner or local post office to ensure delivery and collection of your order with the tracking number that we provided

·       Possible losses and damages will be dealt with via Correios de Portugal.

·       Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

·       If I accept a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

·       If I accept a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Please pay extra attention to your shipping address before you place the order. Any packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the cost of the purchaser or will be refunded excluding shipping cost.

The same applies for unclaimed packages. If a package can´t be delivered to your address, it will be reshipped to us. Once we receive the package, we will notify you about the return. The cost of reshipment will be your sole responsibility.

If your order gets lost in transit or if the product arrives damaged, you can claim a refund or re-shipment. In this case we need a prove which is either a photo of the damaged item or a prove of the tracking status. It is your responsibility to provide us with the information and to claim a refund within 2 weeks of actual or estimated delivery. After this timespan expires, you have lost your right for reshipment or refund.

In all other cases the risk of loss and damage of your delivery pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to get in contact and make a claim with a carrier. In such cases we will not provide any refunds and no reshipment will be processed.  

 Information on delivery time can be found in the respective product description. An indication in days refers to the period from the payment by the Customer until delivery of the goods.

If the Customer’s order contains more than one product, all products will be delivered in one single shipment; for this shipment, the longest given delivery period for any of the contained products will apply. If the Customer wishes a product to be delivered separately in a shorter time, he may place a separate order for that product.

Returns

We will happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased online must be returned to us directly in perfect condition and must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, so we are able to identify the return quickly and efficiently. PLEASE NOTE: shipping is non-refundable.


PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Hanna Flachs, contact@earthartlab.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be made within 14 working days of the date of cancellation notice. We will refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

We may withhold refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Delivery costs are only refunded for faulty goods. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside of the European Community.


PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE

Subject to stock availability we will exchange eligible items that are returned to us within 14 days. In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will first offer a refund. The new item will be delivered to you once we have received the returned item and it has undergone a quality control check. Return delivery costs are not refunded but the first replacement item will be sent out free of charge.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS

Firstly, we are sorry that you may have received a faulty item please contact us through the support page or via e-mail (contact@earrthartlab.com). Once we have confirmed the item is faulty we can exchange it for a new item or we can process a full refund if requested. We will require you to return the item to us. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to a customer damaged within a period of 14 days after purchase. Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.


EXCEPTIONS FROM THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

CUSTOM ORDERS: The right of withdrawal shall not exist for contracts regarding the delivery of merchandise that is not prefabricated and is made according to the consumer’s individual choice and specifications, or of merchandise that obviously is tailored to meet personal customer requirements.
